GDay all,
OK we haved now demolished our "wee hoose" to make way for a "bigger hoose!". cause the hoose we are in is way too wee..
More than 15months of visiting display homes, changing our minds a million times ( well it is a big decision )
So cut a long story short , its more than a year down the track , today (4/02/2011) we signed a contract with Henley homes to build our 30SQ home.. this size will take up pretty much 3/4 of our block ( cutting the weeds is a thing of the past.. yipeeyiA )
We have decided on all the Bits and Bobs from Bricks to Power outlets... everything.
We changed alot of things on the basic plan, below is a few:~
*Widened the garage.
*Changed the study to be a house entrance from the garage, we'll use this as a storage are and also for hanging jackets, leaving shoes.. golf clubs , brollies and all that stuff.
*Roller door at the rear of garage
*Extra walls to the living room entrance to make it a bit more em not so open!
*Doorway and Baulkhead from entrance to Kitchen / Family
*Sacrificed space from the Study to make a decent sized Pantry
*Alot of changes to the Kitchen / 40mm stone tops Pot drawers
*Added the large outdoor area
